</script></div><p>Does anyone know how I could possibly eat healthy at the Palm restaurant?  I want to be able to enjoy my first visit there but I don&#8217;t want to eat a week&#8217;s worth of calories either.  I also don&#8217;t want to have to split anything because that looks tacky, if I have to I&#8217;ll eat half of it and get the rest to go.  Any suggestions on what&#8217;s best?<br />
<br />The Palm always has fish.  Get something grilled (like swordfish or salmon) and you will have a delicious and healthy entree.  Add a salad, go easy on dessert (or just have coffee) and you will be fine.</p>
<p>They also have entree salads, and that&#8217;s another way to save on calories (get the dressing on the side!!).  But I think that if you go to the Palm, you want to get something cooked, so fish is your best bet.</p>
<p>Have a WONDERFUL meal.  I&#8217;m sooo jealous. <img src='http://www.jmdpublications.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':-)' class='wp-smiley' />    Good luck!!</p>

<br />Hi there,<br />
I&#8217;m by no means a proffesional, but I take health and fitness very seriously. What your trainer told you is spot on. Each of your 6 meals should have around 400-600 calories depending on your goals. Some people even eat 7-8 meals. Personally I do 5-6, with 3 hours or so between meals. Anywho, now to answer your question. I am on the move a lot, so I try to make meals that are easily brought with me to work, such as; Dry oats and raisins, Soy nuts, Hardboiled eggs, a lot of bland bland stuff lol. You get used to it tho <img src='http://www.jmdpublications.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_razz.gif' alt=':P' class='wp-smiley' />  Like a sample breakfast for me is two eggs, a half cup of oats, quarter cup raisins, and a scoop of whey protein. Hope this helps! Some stuff my friends do is cottage cheese, boneless skinless chicken breasts, whole wheat tortillas, and the list goes on. Good luck!</p>

</script></div><p>I need to start eating healthy but its hard for me to formulate three healthy meals to have throughout the day.  Please include everything the body needs in a day in your meals.  Thanks this is a huge help!</p>
<p>Take into concideration:  I don&#8217;t eat any meat besides chicken, and some salami/pepperoni.  If I had to, I&#8217;d eat a burger and thats about it.</p>
<p>Breakfast- 1 Poached egg on a pice of multigrain toast and a banana</p>
<p>Snack- Yogurt and a carrot</p>
<p>Lunch- Chicken sandwich, apple and a muesli bar</p>
<p>Snack- 2 rice cakes with a little peanutbutter on them</p>
<p>Dinner- Baked chicken breast, 1 cup of brown rice, and any vegetables you like.</p>
<p>Dessert- Frozen yogurt or make a fruit smoothie.</p>
<p>recipe:<br />
6 strawberries<br />
5 ice cubes<br />
a little orange juice and blencd until smooth</p>

I&#8217;ve been able to eat healthy all summer and I feel and look a lot better, but school is starting which means I&#8217;m going to be on a different scheldule. How can I eat healthy during school? What are some lunches I can bring? </p>
<p>I&#8217;m going to be a freshmen in highschool..do you think any other people will eat healthy too?<br />
<br />I&#8217;m a sophomore and I eat very healthy. Eat a breakfast, lunch, snack, and dinner. Bring your lunch (or breakfast) to school, as the school probably won&#8217;t have healthy food up to your par. I&#8217;m not sure if you want meal ideas or just want to know how to keep eating healthy. For lunch, I have 5 oz. of deli sliced turkey (bought from a supermarket), a large apple, and a cup of milk. I usually add some Cheerios, almonds, or more fruit, although I save this carb for right before sports practice most of the time (I have lunch late in the day, anyway). Just do what you&#8217;re doing. Remember, nobody can force you to eat something that you don&#8217;t want to (like, if you&#8217;d rather use your calories on something else you like more, or the food is just plain bad for you)  I&#8217;m going to be a sophomore and lots of kids don&#8217;t eat healthily. They have incomplete lunches, sugary fruit drinks, or just too much food in my experience. Of course, you do find occasionally people who DO care about getting the maximum amount of nutrients as possible in each meal and who are at a right weight.</p>

<br />When you feel yourself heading towards eating bad food, remind yourself of how you felt after eating that junk food. Then maybe you&#8217;ll think twice. Plus you can still eat the food you want as long as you exercise. If you try to keep yourself completely away from chocolate, your going to want it more than anything. Just don&#8217;t over do it:)</p>
