Plus, exercise, exercise, exercise is THE best bet for a healthy sex life.  If you have a healthy heart and a healthy set of lungs your sex life should be outstanding.  No need to do all the herbs. <p>And its pretty much like that for everything else on the label.</p>
<p>Watch out for high levels of these&#8230;<br />

Sodium [[Sodium is an  necessary mineral for the human body. Without it, nerves and muscles would cease to function, the absorption of major nutrients would be impaired, and the body would not be able to maintain adequate water and mineral balance.]]<br />
Sugars [[ Fatting]]</p>
<p>Alot is good when it comes to&#8230;<br />
Protein [[ Makes you stronger]]]<br />
Potassium<br />
Fiber [[ Improves heart health and makes you Poop]]<br />
Vitamins [[ good for you]]<br />
Minerals [[ good for you]]</p>
<p>With Vitamins and minerals 10% of a daily serving is considered a good source.</p>

<br />I just google and search through different sites on diet and lifestyle. but whether or not you made the shift b/c of animal cruelty issues, PETA launched a great vegetarian resource with tips and recipes that some of my vegetarian and vegan friends swear by:</p>

<p>on this site, you can access something called the Vegetarian Starter Kit. it&#8217;s a really good transition resource and excellent even for folks that have been there for a while (me for 13 years now).</p>
<p>This is another great site with a starter guide and the 411 on most restaurants, grocers and bars that specialize or will cater to veg diets and even has events (it&#8217;s a site from the folks of the &quot;Compassion Over Killing&quot; advocacy group) below is the DC page, but there should be links to others like it.</p>
