How do you remind yourself to eat healthy?

I want to eat healthy, but I always seem to just float towards unhealthy stuff, eat it, and then realize what I have done afterward. What can i do to keep myself constantly aware of the foods I eat?

When you feel yourself heading towards eating bad food, remind yourself of how you felt after eating that junk food. Then maybe you’ll think twice. Plus you can still eat the food you want as long as you exercise. If you try to keep yourself completely away from chocolate, your going to want it more than anything. Just don’t over do it:)
