Here’s a …
Here’s a fascinating one!

While watching the following videos with the screen tilted back a bit do this – quick short stop/starts on the Play button. Do you see the “O waves” or “Sky Waves”? The camera catches them. Video is “Does Orgonite Eliminate Chemtrails”

With Video called “Effects of Orgonite in the Environment:” stop at 0:57, 0:58,…… to 1:09 mins. And have the screen tilted kind of dark. See the “O Waves”? soisnessdotorg

blueberries and …
blueberries and pomegranates are very healthy snacks too!!! I have diabetic family members and i’m always suggesting sunflower seeds and pretzels to them. Stevia is a wonderful and natural alternative to rat poison, oops I mean sweet and low or aspartame…those should be taken off the market.

Sterolyn has brought my triglycerides down to 145 mg/dl and my LDL down to 95 mg/dl! My doctor calls me “the freak of nature,” haha. I plan to keep taking this forever. And hey, I’m enjoying my free subscription to Fitness magazine, it’s part of an overall lifestyle change.

I dont buy any …
I dont buy any prepared or package food so I don’t worry about artificial ingredients. I am a diabetic so I don’ t use any sugar, much less 45 grams. I would’nt recommend any for anyone. A professor commenting on calorie restriction on Charlie Rose said she didn’t do calorie restriction but followed a low glycemic diet, which wouldn’t include sugar. Use stevia instead.

Italian4Lyfe04 December 7, 2009 at 9:55 am

0 grams of sugar is …
0 grams of sugar is nice but most of the time, the companies replace the 0 gram sugar products with aspartame and other artificial ingredients, so some sugar is ok, just not over 45g in a single day
