    hey Kelley. A lot …
hey Kelley. A lot of bodybuilders stress the importance of consuming 1g of protein per pound of body weight each day. I eat healthy foods but still to me this seems like a of a lot of protein in one day. Not to mention a killer grocery bill. Do you think this much is necessary to achieve good results? Are measurements of protein, carbs, etc. something you take into consideration with your own training?
