I am 41 pounds overweight can anyone give advice?

yeah, less sugar and being able to understand how food have an impact on your body.

Being a teenager you also need guidance from your physician or parent.

The healthiest way to loose weight is to eat three meals a day and nothing in between, make sure u drink plenty of water to flush ur food out and lastly make sure u either go to the gym and get a personal trainer or run around your local park and gradually go for longer runs. There are many ways in which u can loose weight though this is probably the healthiest.

jay mc graw (dr phils son) has a book out for teens that want to diet not sure of the name i do dr phils plan and exersize and i am loosing weight and i am sure the teen diet is good and healthy as well good luck
