If you’re one of these people that grab a chocolate bar or a pack of chips, then this lady is focusing on you and there’s nothing wrong with those snacks as long as you keep them to the right proportion. A tablespoon of peanut butter as a snack is fine, just don’t eat the whole jar!have only a handful of nuts/dried fruits, not the whole packet!
Some people need to learn portion control.these are ‘snacks’ not your main meal, just to stop you grabbing that sugar rush because you’re sooo hungry.

*Natural* peanut butter (or any other kind of nut butter, like tahini) is fine. Unfortunately most brands like Jiff and Skippy are loaded with sugar and are also made with hydrogenated oils.

peanut butter is not low calories and generally not a good food as it is acidifying, not easily digested, too fatty, etc.

And the monotone voice as she just randomly put together these poor food choices. I don’t know how I could keep a straight face if I had to run down those ‘snack tips’.

if you get the …
if you get the sweetened kinds, there’s more sugar. but if you get the unsweetened, there’s only natural sugars, in grapes which are fruit. so they’re all natural & healthy.

espeially berries coz they taste kind of sourish
&& apricots

the fat in nuts are …
the fat in nuts are the “good” kind of fat..your body needs a certain amount of fat and calories per day.

tip: besides selleri, which she mentioned, its good to eat broccoli too because your stomach burns more calories digesting it than what the vegetable contains.
