Sorry, but good ole exercise and healthy diet is the way to go. I’m a huge binge eater but finally motivated myself and I’m eating very healthy and waking everyday. I’ve lost five pounds so far this summer!

Interesting. However, I wonder how the balance would be different for a vegetarian. I tend to eat less than half when I go out and take it home for leftovers the next few days, but I am not sure if I get enough.
