Is it possible at 46 years old to change my lifelong eating habits to very healthy eating habits?

Do you have any advice or tips?

The sooner you start to change your habits, the sooner you will acquire the new healthy ones!

For a behavior to become a habit, it must be repeated several times. When that behavior is perceived to be difficult, our learned reasons to change our behavior must serve as the motivation, until the habitual pattern is established. When we have repeated the behavior long enough to see and feel some positive physical changes, these changes and the enhanced feelings of well being that accompany them then become the motivation to continue.

You can do this and you will be very glad you did.

Yes, it is possible. My grandmother is 69 years old and she started changing her eating habbits a few years ago and she eats very healthy now.
