Take it very slow. You cannot change your eating habits instantly. Takes weeks, months. Try ONE new food item once every two weeks or once a month. Try eating small meals, every 3 hours. Try to learn to eat more fruits and vegetables. Find which ones you like by trying a new one every two weeks. Took me 2-1/2 years to re-learn how to eat.

do you eat at home or most of your meals in cafes or takeaways?? if takeaways choose the healthiest options – ask the staff – there are healthy options at Subway & McDonalds.
