What’s the best way to establish healthy eating habits?

by admin on January 30, 2010

I just find it hard to keep at it.

First you need to learn what is healthy and many experts get it wrong. Home page below has that but to keep up with that you need to learn that you have the same instincts as animals which is how they know what to eat. This page has an article about that where you learn how the best tasting foods are the healthiest and best for losing weight,

Take it very slow. You cannot change your eating habits instantly. Takes weeks, months. Try ONE new food item once every two weeks or once a month. Try eating small meals, every 3 hours. Try to learn to eat more fruits and vegetables. Find which ones you like by trying a new one every two weeks. Took me 2-1/2 years to re-learn how to eat.

I’m the same way, what i do is just try my best to eat at least one apple a day. You know what they say, "an apple a day keeps the doctor away.

do you eat at home or most of your meals in cafes or takeaways?? if takeaways choose the healthiest options – ask the staff – there are healthy options at Subway & McDonalds.
