Yea. Sometimes I …
Yea. Sometimes I will get seltzer water which is basically carbonated water, and I will add lemon or lime drops to it to turn it into a lemony type drink. Its essentially very little calories, with the lemon in it, and it reminds me of the old days of drinking soda.

Drinking only non …
Drinking only non calorie beverages? Typically all non calorie drinks are filled with toxins like those so called sugars. The sweeteners like aspartame, nutrasweet, sucralose, and a few other ones I can’t think of on the top of my head are all bad for you. Although you should avoid drinks with processed sugars and DEFINITELY avoid non calorie drinks, except obviously water.
