What kind of habits should we practice to make ourselves and others to have a healthy body and healthy mind.

I believe its Yoga,Pranayamam and eating clean and balanced food[halal,sattvik].

i think one thing that affects us all is when people don’t wash their hands after using the bathroom. fellas: you know exactly what i’m talking about. just because you’re holding, not wiping… does NOT make it okay to simply leave the bathroom after you’re done. i don’t want to go to the kitchen & open the refrigerator door, knowing that you were there moments before, and you never washed your hands. that’s too much contact with certain areas of the body that i definitely don’t want to come in contact with!

Washing our hands,taking a bath,putting on deodarant-will help!some people I know……as well brush/floss daily….things a toddler learns,and adults forget about..a shame..
