but my friends go toilet just 1 time a day.what can i do in my level to have a healthy habits to go toilet?
The amount of times you got o the toilet isnt as relevant as the actual texture you pass.. it is quite ok for someone to go 3-4times per day but if you were to only go once a day or once every second day then this is more of a problem, a person who goes to toilet on average 2-3 times per day is considered to have a better bowel function then someone who goes less (basically the binding and expelling process is much more efficient)
If you are worried about the texture such as (floating stool, runny, constipation) best to see a colon expert to have an assessment.

Whats your age?? It can be due to stress or you might be suffering from mild Amoebiasis.

well, id say thats normal and very healthy to go that amount in the day, thats how its supposed to be, u are supposed to go 3 times a day, 1 time for each meal consumed, i watched this on this morning (its a morning show here in the uk) a few years back, and it made sense, most peeps dont go to the loo that often because their diet seriously lacks in the nutrients we need to keep bowel movements healthy and regular, so keep up with what u are doing!

No problems, yours is what we say the most healthy situation.
If your worried still, take a look at your stools.
Take note the colour, solid, shape etc…
The colour varies but it should not be black in colour. Black, is bad. Near black is okay, but I would suggest eat more fruits and going to the toilet more times. However, considering your position, I don’t think this applies.
Your bowels should also be solid, and like a extra long cylinder shape. Look out if there is any red spots, if no good.
Either than this, you should be fine if you’re not experiencing any abnormal discomfort.
