When trying to get back to healthy habits, is subway ok to eat? I have to go, so what should i get?

I dont eat meat anyways, but would a sub wioth wheat bread, cheese, lettuce, green peppers, and onion be okay?

What other veggies do they have at subway?? I havent been there in so long thats all i can think of
and mayo too.. or should i get the honey mustard lol

Ask for Light Mayo, and they usually squirt 2-3 rows of mayo, so ask them to put very little on it and with any sauce you like.
The veggies they have is cucumbers, tomatoes, green peppers, onions, sliced jalapeno, lettuce, black olives, shredded carrots, couple varieties of cheeses. They have vegetarian subs. Subway is a good choice compared to others like MCDonalds, Wendys, etc. Besides look a Jared…he lost alot of weight by making the choice to eat at Subways. (from Subway commercials). You can now get it toasted, do, it’s really good. Try the sweet onion sauce on it.

They have all kinds of veggies. You get to choose and watch them make it, so do it right there! They also have tuna salad (which I think is really good), and some chicken, if you eat that. A veggie sandwich sounds really good!

depends if you are coutning calories or fat. Cheese has a high fat content so you might want to avoid it. they do a range of healthy subs, like turkey, chicken etc, but also put loads of salad in it for flavour without the calories. oh, and stay clear of the mayo!

That is a good choice, but since the cheese has fat do not put mayonnaise on it. Try tomato, cucumber and banana peppers as well.

Personally, I like the oven roasted chicken breast on honey oat. I load it with all of the veggies and a small amount of low cal dressing. I think of it as the equivalent to a chicken breast salad with bread. They also have hot peppers, olives, spinach, cucumbers, pickles, and shredded carrots.

Yea on the Sweet Onion Sauce – They are now making cheese pizza with vegies, don’t know how healthy they are but they sure are good. Subway has to be healthier than some of the other fast food places. Enjoy.

Trust me on this one i have never gotten " fat" i’m the only one in my family who has a very petiete’ bone structure. all u really have to do is be active and dedicated. It sounds a little weird well let me break it down to you! I’m 13 and I’ve been dancing ever since i could talk and all i did was stay dedicated to what i was doing and now i’m a pre- prfossional dancer in ballet and i’m studying at the " Russian Academy of Ballet" and well i eat a good amount of junk- food i’m not saying that u should eat it but u can still have it so all u have to do is do yoga or cardio once or twice a week to stay in shape and then just start to live a more healthy life style. I ‘m also trying to switch so if your a veggietarian here’s a good idea for a healthy lunch: Eat some veggie chicken and then get a healthy drink like an odwalla smoothie you can find them at publics and some apples with caramel and if your still hungry get a couple slices of watermelon or some other fruit alternative!! – Good Luck!!
