IN other words, how do I read a nutrition label? haha

thanks in advance :D

Ok.
Lets See here.

Total Fat.
Is how much fat [[ if you know what fat is]] is in a certain food per serving and what percentage it is of your daily fat recommending based on a 2000 calorie diet.

And its pretty much like that for everything else on the label.

Watch out for high levels of these…
Cholesterol [[artery cloggers]]
Sodium [[Sodium is an necessary mineral for the human body. Without it, nerves and muscles would cease to function, the absorption of major nutrients would be impaired, and the body would not be able to maintain adequate water and mineral balance.]]
Sugars [[ Fatting]]

Alot is good when it comes to…
Protein [[ Makes you stronger]]]
Potassium
Fiber [[ Improves heart health and makes you Poop]]
Vitamins [[ good for you]]
Minerals [[ good for you]]

With Vitamins and minerals 10% of a daily serving is considered a good source.

Well thats all I got.
Hope you could understand it.
Unless you cant read.
