		<description>&lt;b&gt;There is no way to ...&lt;/b&gt; &lt;br&gt; There is no way to eat healthy in this country if you don&#039;t cook the food yourself. Literally everything found in stores is made of genetically modified ingredients. Think sugar is bad? Aspartame is bad, (high fructose) corn syrup is bad. Niacin, enriched XYZ is bad, Mono-sodium glutamate (MSG) is bad, soy-based food is bad. The food industry is about profit not about health. It&#039;s about more, bigger and cheaper products. Do some research on the risks of the ingredients you are consuming daily.</description>

Lentils have TONS of protein, next is black beans, and then kidney beans, and finally pinto
