Why not use an actual orange instead of packaged juice? Fresh is always better. Plus, most juices you get from stores are heat treated, which destroys the nutrinional value.

there are different types of soy milk and different grades of quality – it’s likely the reason soy has diff results for diff people. She also does suggest if one ingredient doesn’t work there are alternatives.

I liked all of your videos Natalie so far BUT I am surprized you actually recommended soy milk. That stuff is so bad for your health. I gave it to my milk-protein-allergic son but then I came accross Nourishing traditions by Sally Fallon and unfermented soy is not allowed in my house no more.
