It’s called scarf and barf. I’ve done it, I’ve heard this all before. Thank god, I grew up and got real with myself. Your swollen parotid glands are a dead giveaway. Personally I find this b.s. insulting.

The recipe was yummy. Of course she’s using cooked brown rice she said the ingredients included leftovers. If you don’t like soy use almond milk and if you don’t like maple syrup use honey. I eat oatmeal all the time so now I have yummy oatmeal substitute.

Maple syrup.

Maple syrup.

I’ve always been confused whether or not it’s good to eat maple syrup regulary. Some places say to stay away from it, and others say it’s a healthy food. Maybe when it’s by itself and sold as 100% maple syrup it’s okay. But if it’s an added sugar in something it’s not. I dunno.

How many grains of …
How many grains of rice? I can’t fit too much in my kettle…that’s why I can’t cook boilded eggs for my guests (I like to prepare them a dozen boiled eggs) Cos they havn’t got good manners and can’t eat cups of cake and slices of tea with knives and forks, they is so common!
