<p>For example, Taco Bell has cool items on their &#8220;Drive-Thru Diet Menu&#8221; whatever you do, don&#8217;t get any of their Taco salads thinking that are a healthy choice! are loaded with fat and calories.</p>
<p>Burger King has the chicken sandwich &#8220;Tendergrill&#8221; which is a good choice, provided that you get without the Mayo (you must order this way because if not you will be automatically the Mayo on it. .. and they do it with generosity that is bad for your waistline area) also Burger Kings &#8220;Tendergrill&#8221; garden salad using fat free ranch dressing is a healthy choice.</p>
<p>Salads of McDonald&#8217;s are an option for eating healthy fast food also on the go. If you receive one with chicken make sure you opt for crispy grilled instead of and use a limited amount of low fat dressing.</p>
<p>Fruit no Yogurt Parfait (7 oz) can be active also as option of breakfast at McDonald &#8216;s. This is the only thing I would recommend it for breakfast. I do not recommend anything from their breakfast menu.</p>
<p>Sit type restaurants have also many healthy food options. be careful when ordering because many times fat is added to the items that you would not have suspected.</p>
<p>You can go to any sites of fast food restaurants and see the nutritional information for all their elements of food and drinks.</p>
<p>You don&#8217;t need to carry around a cooler to eat healthier, you just need to be armed with the knowledge of what healthy fast food options are available.</p>
